All students in grades 2-5 received information on the Young Author's Contest during their media class this week.  Students may submit an original short story or poem, or both, along with cover sheets.  All entries must be typed using 12 point font in Times New Roman or Comic Sans.  Entries need to be turned into the media center by December 19, 2018.  Short stories may range in length from 300 to 800 words, and poems may be 25 to 150 words.  Entries must not include any graphics.  Cover sheets are available in the media center.
